Cutting Platform

Guideway: Using the high-precision linear rolling guideway and ball screws without gaps with Taiwan's nuts or domestic ground ball screws without gaps to ensure high cutting precision.

X-axis and Y-axis: Using the servo motor imported from Japan to drive the cutting to ensure cutting accuracy.

Dust-proof design: Internal black organ-style dustproof cover against dust and water to ensure the cleanness of the screw guideway, so as to ensure cutting accuracy and easy cleanness and maintenance of the equipment.

Centralized automatic lubrication system: When the guideway runs 10000KM, the lubrication system will automatically conduct lubrication, to ensure correct operation.

Automatic manual-operation system: To achieve long-range operation, ensuring the operator's safety and convenience.

Pneumatic unloading valve: Instant on-off without resistance, accurate and effective unloading of the pressure of the system, to achieve operation without load and no-load start of the air knife.
