Principle and Structure of the equipment

The Multi wire saw block cutting machine controls dimension and amount of processed products by a closed-loop electric PLC controlling system.

The main electric controller directs the machine to work by identify some data, the amount of processing, thickness of slab, height of the cutting.

The Multi wire saw block cutting machine adopts Plasticized / Rubber coated diamond wire saw chain for Granite/Marble with 8.5mm Diameter and cooled it by water for protection. The main controller controls the 'X' and 'Y' direction. Specially 'X' moving Up and Down of the carriage of the machine. 'Y' moving the main trolley according to slab thickness.
